Bio:
Nicole Ackles, RN, BSN is the Clinical Operations Director of ruralMED. Within this role, she is responsible for the Care Coordination Programs, Quality and Process Improvement, Physician Network, and Clinical and Assessment Services. Her expertise in building and advancing specialty clinic programs along with her passion and drive allows her to guide our teams with finesse to new heights. Prior to joining our team, Nicole most recently held management positions at the Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic, Multiple Specialty Clinics, and the Medical-Surgical Orthopedics and Oncology at Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, Nebraska.
Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her tight-knit family, doing Yoga, and catching up on her reading for her book club.
